Terms & Conditions
Please note that sessions with Beautiful Souls Aligned (Loren Alexander), license you to use the images for limited personal use only. Beautiful Souls Aligned does not sell images as property to anyone ever and maintains sole ownership of every image taken. Unless your session fee or your purchase includes a digital files download and an accompanying personal/business use release, you are not licensed to create digital copies of your images or print copies of them elsewhere. Images are not to be used for sale and may only be used for reasons listed in release. By paying for a session, you agree to these terms.
DIGITAL IMAGE LICENSING
Photo Downloads may be included as part of the initial service contract or purchased from Beautiful Souls aligned. all images for use beyond basic social media require the purchase of an image license. licenses will be approved and sold for temporary use once an agreement is made between photographer and client.
Beautiful Souls Aligned grants client(s) a non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) subject to the following restrictions: This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with the photography studio. There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media are provided ‘as is.
What you can do:
Personal, Non-Commercial use of the Media includes:
– Display on personal websites and computers (With appropriate tagging of my company).
– Making image prints for personal use only.
What you may not do:
Licensee may not:
– Use the media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration or use The Media in advertising.
– Use The Media in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner.
– Incorporate The Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
– Use the images on your business website for use of selling items without purchase of a license for usage of individual images at a per image rate for a specific amount of time.
* Note: All digital licenses/contracts that do not have an end date on their contract expire after 1 year of use. A new license must be obtained yearly.
Commercial licensing for businesses:

– All base fee’s are for photographers time only unless otherwise implied
– You CANNOT Use the media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration for said images or use The Media in advertising unless your digital license says so.
– Distribute Beautiful Souls Aligned images to other companies for use for any reason without explicit permission from Beautiful Souls Aligned.
-You MUST hard tag @beautifulsoulsaligned in all media/images owned by Beautiful Souls Aligned licensed to you for use anywhere photographs are being used digitally or in print.
– Use The Media in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner.
– Incorporate The Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
– Use the images on your business website for use of selling items without purchase of a license for usage of individual images at a per image rate for a specific amount of time.

By entering into a business relationship with Beautiful Souls Aligned, you give me the right to use all of Client’s images on website, blogs, or any other related marketing material and to sell.
Beautiful Souls Aligned retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Media indefinitely.
All images are owned by Beautiful Souls Aligned Photography.

Typographical & Photographical Errors
Beautiful Souls Aligned attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, as well as our typographical and photographical depictions of services; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on beautifulsoulsaligned.com and gallery.beautifulsoulsaligned.com is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, Beautiful Souls Aligned shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any service/sessions placed at the incorrect price.
Jurisdiction
Beautiful Souls Aligned is based in the United States of America, and you agree that any legal action brought against Beautiful Souls Aligned shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law principles. Additionally, you agree that any and all disagreements arising from your use of or orders placed through beautifulsoulsaligned.com will be adjudicated in the county of Los Angeles, or Long Beach, CA, USA by an appropriate court.
Voucher Policy
All vouchers/Gift Cards purchased by BeautifulSoulsAligned.com website or by any other source are non-refundable. They have set expiration date after which any voucher will not be eligible to use.
License
All images are property of Beautiful Souls Aligned and are copyrighted by law. None of them can be copied, used or published for commercial purposes without Beautiful Souls Aligned’s clear permission to do so. A license agreement will be created and sent directly to you for use. A signature from photographer & company or persons required for usage.
